Terms of use.

Public communication tools

We may provide public communication tools on our site, such as blog comments, discussion areas, forums, message boards, product ratings and reviews or social media services. We generally do not pre-screen or monitor content posted by users of these tools. You agree to use them in a responsible and ethical manner and not to upload, post, share or distribute content that:

1. Is unlawful, threatening, defamatory, abusive, harassing, degrading, intimidating, fraudulent, deceptive, invasive, racist or contains suggestive, inappropriate or explicit language.
2. Infringes any trademark, patent, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary right of any party.

4. Impersonates any person or entity, including GNANANETRA employees or representatives.

We have the right, at our sole discretion, to remove any content that we believe does not comply with this User Agreement or that is otherwise offensive, harmful, objectionable, inappropriate or infringes third-party copyrights or trademarks. We are not responsible for any delay or failure in removing such content. If you post content that we remove, you agree to that removal and agree to waive any claim against us.

We do not accept responsibility for content posted by you or by other users of our site. Content posted by you through public communication tools, where it does not violate third-party copyrights or trademarks, grants us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, publish, publicly display and distribute it as we see fit. This applies only to content posted through public communication tools and does not apply to information provided as part of the registration process. Registration information is protected by our Privacy Policy.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gnananetra Consulting Services Private Limited, its parent company and subsidiaries, and their directors, officers, administrators, employees, contributors, agents and licensors, from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of this User Agreement or failure to fulfil obligations related to your account caused by you or any other person using your account.

Your privacy is important to us. We have created a separate Privacy Policy to explain in detail how we collect, manage, process, protect and store your personal information. Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into this User Agreement.

By using our site, you understand and agree that all Resources we provide are provided “as is” and “as available.” Except where otherwise expressly stated, we disclaim all warranties and conditions of any kind, whether express or implied.

Any claim against us will be limited to the amount you paid, if any, for use of the products and services. Gnananetra Consulting Services Private Limited will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary loss or damages caused by your use of our Resources, including changes, data loss or corruption, cancellation, loss of access or downtime, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

All content and materials available on gnananetra.com, including text, graphics, site name, code, images and logos, are the intellectual property of Gnananetra Consulting Services Private Limited and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

Any improper use, including reproduction, distribution, display or transmission of any content on this site, is strictly prohibited unless expressly authorised by Gnananetra Consulting Services Private Limited.

You agree that we may, at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to all or part of our site and Resources, with or without notice and for any reason, including a breach of this User Agreement.

Any suspected illegal, fraudulent or abusive activity may be grounds for ending our relationship and may be referred to appropriate law-enforcement authorities. Upon suspension or termination, your right to use our Resources will immediately cease, and we may remove or delete any information we have on file, including account or login information.

This site is controlled by Gnananetra Consulting Services Private Limited from our offices in Anantapuramu, Andhra Pradesh, India. It can be accessed from most countries around the world. By accessing our site, you agree that the statutes and laws of Andhra Pradesh, India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, will apply to all matters relating to use of this site and the purchase of products or services through it.

Any action to enforce this User Agreement will be brought in the federal or state courts located in Tamil Nadu, India. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts and waive any jurisdictional, venue or inconvenient-forum objections to such courts.
